Refunds and cancellations follow the rules of the airline, hotel or resort you book with.

Cancellations

To cancel or change a booking, call us at (855) 629-1872. Many fares and packages are non-refundable or carry supplier penalties.

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method once received from the supplier, typically within 7–30 business days.

Agency service fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
